A COMEDY - From the 1986 second series of the hit television show. Set during the reign of Queen Elizabeth I, Lord Edmund Blackadder, his servant Baldrick and his companion Lord Percy come up against some ridiculous problems with hilarious consequences. 

Potato: With Sir Walter Raleigh returning to London, Blackadder decides to plan a sea-faring adventure to win the hand of the Queen. 

Beer: The wager is laid! Blackadder has challenged Lord Melchett to a drinking competition but has unfortunately double booked himself. Warning: this episode contains an amusingly shaped vegetable! 

Bells: Blackadder has found true love… or has he? Could there be wedding bells? If so, who could he find to be the best man?

Chinamen - 2 actors play 5 characters. The wife has invited a woman, her new hippy boyfriend and some other guests to dinner. The husband has invited the woman’s deserted husband. The object is to keep the estranged couple apart.


Doubles - 2 couples are staying in adjacent identicalhotel rooms. Their conversations rock back and forth in quick succession. Their arguments and problems intertwine until eventually they meet.

A COMEDY DRAMA - Bonfire night, and Sheila, Denise, Julie, and Fay are a team on the Pennine Mineral Water’s annual outward-bound weekend. The ladies have elected Sheila as their team leader, and she has used her cryptic crossword skills to totally misinterpret the clues.


As a result, the ladies find themselves marooned on an island in the middle of Derwentwater. Using their ingenuity, the ladies construct tools, shelter and a rescue flag from the contents of Julie’s cavernous rucksack.


Questions are asked, and frustrations aired as the ladies attempt to survive on Sheila’s Island.
